NLMagazine/Amsterdam Art & Culture – The Merchant House (TMH) brings together the influential Dutch artist JCJ Vanderheyden (1928-2012) and the iconoclastic André Stempfel (FR, 1930). We are pleased to present the first survey show of Vanderheyden in Amsterdam since his 2001 retrospective at the Stedelijk Museum and Stempfel's first solo show here, a tribute to the artist's extraordinary 50-year practice.
